Refund policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied for any given reason, we will provide you the choice of a full refund, a credit note on your account or the exchange of another product to the same value, within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note we will note except a return after 30 days or if the product has been used.

Please follow the instructions below to initiate the return:
Contact us on 0800 768 497 or email info@dsc.nz to explain your concern, so we can achieve the best outcome for you.
Re-package the product in its original packaging and courier back to us at the address provided.  If a product is being returned due to an incorrect delivery or fault of de Spa Cosmetics, we will provide a courier label for the return of the goods.
